Floors for the businesses here
The local economy includes life science labs, tech hardware assembly, medical device makers, auto service shops, breweries, warehouses and retail. Each has different floor needs. A lab may need a seamless, chemical-resistant surface that is easy to sanitize. A service bay needs resistance to oil, hot tires and dropped tools. A warehouse needs abrasion resistance for forklift traffic. We match the system to the work.
Systems we offer
- High-build epoxy for general manufacturing and storage.
- Chemical-resistant novolac epoxy for labs and processing.
- Urethane cement for wet areas and thermal shock.
- Anti-slip textured systems for wet or greasy floors.
- Line striping and safety markings for walkways and equipment zones.
Planning around your operations
Downtime costs money. We plan installs in phases, on nights or over weekends so you can keep operating. Fast-cure products can return areas to service quickly. We coordinate with your facility manager on access, ventilation and safety.
Preparation at scale
Commercial slabs often have years of contamination, old coatings and damaged joints. We use ride-on and walk-behind grinders with dust collection, shot blasting where appropriate, and repair joints and cracks before coating. Moisture testing is done on every job.
Cleanability and compliance
Seamless floors with integral cove bases keep dirt and liquids from collecting at walls, which helps with cleaning and inspection requirements in labs, kitchens and medical spaces. We can provide product data sheets for your records.
Safety markings
Clear walkways, forklift lanes and equipment zones reduce accidents. We lay out and coat striping in durable materials that will not wear off in a few months.
Long-term value
A properly installed commercial floor reduces cleaning time, protects concrete from damage and improves the look of your facility for customers and employees. Recoating the topcoat every several years extends the life of the system.
Our process
- Site walk, testing and use review.
- Written scope and phasing plan.
- Surface prep and repairs.
- Coating system install.
- Striping, cure and walkthrough.
Small spaces too
Not every commercial job is a warehouse. We regularly coat break rooms, restrooms, storage rooms, small retail backrooms and single service bays. The same preparation standards apply whether the floor is 200 square feet or 20,000.
Choosing a system by room
A single building often needs more than one floor system. Production areas with carts and pallet jacks need a thick, abrasion-resistant epoxy. Wash-down zones and brewhouses do better with urethane cement, which tolerates hot water and steam without cracking. Clean rooms and labs benefit from seamless novolac systems with coved bases that resist harsh disinfectants. Offices and showrooms in the same building may be better served by polished concrete. We walk each area with you and write a scope that names the system, thickness and texture for every room, so your budget goes where the wear actually happens. We also note drains, slopes, expansion joints and equipment pads that need special detailing. Bringing these details into the plan before work starts avoids change orders and keeps the project on schedule. If your facility has corporate standards or a preferred manufacturer, we can work within them and provide submittals for approval.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Nights and weekends are common for commercial projects.
How long does a commercial floor last?
It depends on traffic and system choice. Many last a decade or more with topcoat maintenance.
Do you handle large areas?
Yes, with phasing to keep your business running.
